Community Gardens

A place where community members can come together to grow fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs. These gardens helps residents have access to healthy food, bring communities together, and provide recreational activities for residents.

Home improvement

Home Improvement Program

This state-administered program through the Affordable Home Ownership Development Program (AHOD Program) provides grants to acquire/rehabilitate or improve homes for low and moderate income families.

Housing & Financial Counseling

Rural Revitalization Corporation is happy to assist customers in setting budget and financial goals. We also provide information to customers regarding credit reports and housing loan options.

M/WBE Certification

M/WBE stands for a Minority or Woman-owned Business Enterprise. This New York State certification is available for companies that are at least 51% owned and operated by a minority/woman and was created to encourage these groups to operate their own businesses.

Youth Development Coalition

RRC has teamed up with the YDC to provide youth and adolescents in Cattaraugus County with free activities that increase their understanding of credit and increases financial literacy by teaching budgeting and money management skills.

Lead Education

Lead is a toxic metal that can cause poisoning. In houses built before 1978, it was sometimes used in plumbing and as an additive for paint.

Carbon Monoxide (CO) Education

Carbon monoxide, or “CO,” is a colorless, odorless gas.  It is produced any time a fossil fuel is burned and can cause sudden illness and death.
